3 exercises that will introduce well-being into your routine.

Sometimes we overthink about our own well-being and got even stressed and anxious about it. We don't need to change our entire lives, go to a retreat or quit our jobs to have a better routine.

We selected three simple and quickly exercises that were proven to improve well-being and that you can introduce to your routine this week! 

Breathing: Take a few minutes each day to connect with your breath. Mindful breathing is a powerful tool to calm the mind, reduce stress and increase your vital energy. (The ideal scent for this exercise is Serena - Italian bergamot, patchouli, sandalwood and lavender)

Movement: Move! Find a physical activity that brings you joy and gets your body moving. It could be a walk, yoga, dancing, or any other form of exercise you enjoy. Movement helps to release tensions, strengthen your body and stimulate the production of hormones responsible for the feeling of well-being. (The ideal scent for this exercise is Botanica - green tea, lemon and rosemary)

Silence: Reserve moments of silence and tranquility for yourself. Disconnect from outside noise and find a space to reconnect with yourself. The practice of meditation helps to calm your mind, increase your awareness, and bring clarity to your thoughts and emotions. (The ideal scent for this exercise is Loba - yin energy/female or Saudade - yang energy/masculine.) 

Let’s start with possible goals. How about 15 minutes of movement, 10 minutes of breathing and 5 minutes of silence? These amount daily are enough to transform your routine.
